Exchange Policy
You can exchange a product within 3 days of receiving it — only if the item is in stock.
Exchange Delivery Fee:

Inside Dhaka City: ৳120
Dhaka Sub-area: ৳150
Outside Dhaka: ৳225Return Policy
You can return your product at the time of delivery if you’re not satisfied.
Just pay the delivery charge, and hand the parcel back to the delivery person.

⚠️ Faulty Item?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours.
We’ll arrange an exchange for you — no extra cost.

😕 Not Happy with Quality or Fit?
If none of the sizes fit or you're unhappy with the quality:

You can return the product at delivery time, or
Send it to our office address. After we receive and check the item, we’ll refund the product price (if you paid
